Cancellation Policy

Thank you for selecting our training programs at A1Agile. We are dedicated to ensuring that our users have a fulfilling experience while exploring our offerings, assessing their options, and enrolling in our courses, whether online or in-person.
As part of our commitment to transparency, we present the terms and conditions that outline our Refund Policy. By purchasing a training course on the A1Agile website, you agree to adhere to our Privacy Policy & Terms of Use, as well as the following terms.
Cancellation & Refunds: Virtual/Classroom Training
A1Agile reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event, or to change the event location due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or force majeure events (such as natural disasters or political unrest).
In the event A1Agile cancels an event, a full 100% refund will be issued to the participant.
If a participant cancels their registration 7 days or more prior to the event, 50% of the total fee paid will be deducted, with the remaining amount refunded.
If a cancellation occurs 6 days or less before the event, no refunds will be issued. All refunds will be processed within 20 working days from the receipt of the refund request.
Note: Any dispute or question arising from this agreement shall be referred to a sole Arbitrator appointed by the first party, with the arbitrator's decision being final and binding.
Course Rescheduling Policy
If A1Agile reschedules a training event, the following options are available:
Participants may send a replacement, provided A1Agile is informed at least 3 days before the event date.
If a participant wishes to reschedule their registration to a future date, a rescheduling fee will be applied as follows:
If the rescheduling request is received more than 72 hours before online training or 5 days before offline training, a 10% rescheduling fee will be charged.
Please note that rescheduling is subject to seat availability for all training programs offered.
If the rescheduling request is received within 72 hours for online or 4 days for offline training, no refunds will be granted. However, participants can opt for a replacement policy.
